Learning Administrator

he North America Learning Administrator supports the management and maintenance of the Electrolux Learning Management System (LMS) for North America and learning and development initiatives across the region, provides excellent customer service to our regional employees and HR business partners in regards of learning and development programs; collaborates with the Learning & Development team to support regional and global training initiatives, supports the regional Headquarters, U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico locations.  This position reports to the North America Director of Talent Management & OD.


Publish learning objects (courses, documents, videos, e-learning, etc.) in the LMS (Cornerstone)
Assign learning opportunities to regional employees
Enter historical course completion data in LMS
Compile course evaluation data for instructors
Generate learning reports, charts, and spreadsheets to share with business leaders
Manage logistics for on-site training such as room reservations, catering, and scheduling upon request
Answer questions and troubleshoot problems around our LMS
Supports the learning and development team testing the LMS with quarterly releases (updates) on the business
Maintain, revise, and deactivate learning content on an on-going basis
Translate training content from English to Spanish upon request
Helps to design advertising materials for upcoming training events
Additional tasks as needed in local office and headquarters
Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Human Resources, Information Technology, Education, Business)
Strong bilingual (English and Spanish)
1~2 years of experience translating HR documents (English/Spanish); preferably learning and development documents.
1-3 years of experience with learning management systems (Cornerstone OnDemand preferred) or other similar LMS (Preferred)
Experience as instructional designer with multimedia and eLearning authoring tools and curation of learning and development content (Preferred)


Keen attention to detail with data entry tasks
Ability to complete work with high levels of accuracy
Ability to communicate openly and proactively with stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Experience in generating and organizing reports and data in Excel
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to change
Self-motivated individual who takes initiative to set priorities and work independently
Ability to build relationships with others across cultures and time zones
Demonstrated ability to provide great customer service to employees
