Supervise maintenance staff and perform work activities related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety, custodial and event coordination.
Coordinate projects with applicable contractors to enhance warehousing operations.
Create and maintain preventative maintenance log to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them.
Inspect, operate and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Properly execute Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of use of tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices
Minimum 4 years of maintenance related experience typically used in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory level experience.
Minimum 4 years welding (MiG/TiG) experience.
