Order Management Qualifications:
2 + years customer service experience in the manufacturing business.
Experience in order fulfillment, customer service, production planning, and shipping/logistics operation.
Able to read and understand a demand forecast and MRP.
Experience with SAP is a big plus.
Bachelor’s degree completed on the business area, accounting, finances or industrial engineering.
Proficient computer application as Excel 100%, PowerPoint, Word.
Strong analytical and communication skills English 90% Written and spoken is a must. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to coordinate teams and proactive attitude to complete jobs on time. Strong attention to details and follow-up skills. Excellent planning and organization skills. Have ambition to learn and grow. Able to deal and negotiate with customer with confidence. Ability to work under pressure.
