•Bachelor Degree
•Bilingual (Desired)
•Provide guidance and support in the hourly recruiting, and hiring process.
•Provide support to the payroll function and workday implementation.
•Provide support in the industrial relations areas, discipline, employee relations and communication.
•Provide guidance and support in supervising cafeteria service, issues and concerns .
•Provide daily, weekly and monthly absenteeism, turnover and head count reports.
•Provide guidance and support for employee events and meetings.
•Provide guidance and support for United Fund activities and donations.
•Provide guidance and support in labor law and environmental ,health and safety compliance.
•Provide guidance and support to meet government mandated training requirements.
•Be in charge of managing and updating policies related o ISO 901 2015 requirements in the training area in addition to BASC and Ct Pat HR requirements.
•Manages HR expenditure budget compliance and accuracy in invoices for transportation and cafeteria payments.
•Provide guidance and support of all corporate Initiatives and processes.
•Knowledge of TRESS and MS-Office
•Knowledge of LFT
